Vintage Alfred Cox for Heals Mid Century Chest of Drawers Sideboard

Vintage Alfred Cox for Heals of London Mid Century Chest Of Drawers. Three drawers with dovetailed hardwood drawer boxes and plywood bases. The top drawer has the appearance of three smaller drawers but is actually one large drawer with removable internal dividers.

The drawers are nice and clean inside having always been used with lining paper. The colour of the drawers is slightly richer and redder than it appears in the photos. Some scratches and marks on the top and some small chips to the veneer on the drawers. Dents to the front leg stretcher rail (photo 6) and a repaired split to the inside of the back leg stretcher rail (last photo), unnoticeable unless you turn the drawers upside down.
