A vintage teak sideboard by Morris of Glasgow dating from the 1960s or early 1970s. It features a double door partitioned cabinet space, three dovetailed drawers and a further single drop-down door cabinet space. Cabinet spaces each have one shelf, top drawer is partitioned with green felt lining. Cabinet and drawer handles sculpted in solid teak. It stands on a solid beech frame and tapered legs.Elegant simple combination of straight and curved lines typical of mid century furniture that would suit both modern and mid century themed interiors. Stamped'Morris of Glasgow' in gold lettering on the inside of one of the cabinet doors. Presented in very good refurbished condition.
Structurally sound and clean with no loose joints or splits. Veneers in very good condition overall but please note there is one small area of wear on top panel (as pictured).
